Sammons® Financial Group, Inc. and its affiliated companies (collectively, the “Company”) may, on occasion, take photographs and/or videos of its program participants for use in print materials or by electronic methods. Your participation in Company‐sponsored programs and events grants permission for the Company to use these photographs and/or videos in its marketing and public relations efforts.
1. Regardless of their total club credit, non-published agents may not qualify at the Chairman’s Club level.
2. On-site expenses include company approved transportation, company approved lodging, company sponsored meals and beverages, and company sponsored activities. Payment of all on-site expenses is up to the sole discretion of Midland National.
3. An approved guest is a spouse. Non-spousal guests must be 21 years old or older.
Final determination of convention qualification will be at the sole of Midland National. Midland National reserves the right to deny attendance to any qualifier. Midland National also has full power and authority to determine the validity of all credit awards and to approve all invitations. Conventions can be cancelled without notice and without any obligation on the part of Midland National to any person. Invitations are nontransferable and may not be redeemed in cash. Invitees must be duly licensed and appointed with Midland National, and submitting a normal amount of business at the time of conference in order to receive an invitation.
All expenses, both agent and approved guest related to the Convention will be considered additional compensation to the agents and will be reported by the Company to the IRS. An approved guest is a spouse. Non-spousal guests must be 21 years or older.

Regional Distribution Partners are Regional Sales Directors who are independent agents contracted with Midland National and Regional Vice Presidents who are employees of Midland National.
