To qualify for the main Convention as a Chairman’s or President’s Club member, you must rank among the top 180 agents according to club credit (with a minimum of 100,000 club credit) and maintain 80% persistency or better.
1Qualification for Convention 2025 includes travel and on-site expenses2 for the qualifier and an approved guest.3
Chairman’s Club – Extended Stay

To qualify for the Chairman’s Club Convention extended stay, you must rank among agents 1–30 according to club credit (with a minimum of 300,000 club credit) and maintain 80% persistency or better.
